Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the student or parent/guardian) and TR Martial Arts regarding the 12-Month New Starter Programme. Enrolment in this programme confirms your understanding and acceptance of the terms below.
The TR Martial Arts New Starter Programme is a structured, year-long martial arts experience designed to build confidence, discipline, and resilience through consistent training and goal setting.

✔️ Monthly progress emails for parents (Ninjas, Juniors, Teens)
✔️ End-of-Year Graduation Certificate
The programme is open to students of all ages:
🐱 Ninjas (Ages 4–6)
🦁 Juniors (Ages 7–11)
🐉 Teens (Ages 12–15)
💪 Adults (Ages 16+)
Classes run once or twice per week depending on location and availability.
You can choose from the following payment plans:
Option:

Payments are non-refundable once processed.
The 12-month plan is a legally binding instalment agreement, not a month-to-month membership.
Payment method must remain valid for the duration of the programme.
Regular attendance is expected (1–2 sessions/week).Students progress through the stripe and belt system, with belt testing held quarterly.
Eligibility for belt testing depends on attendance, effort, and instructor sign-off.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
Where possible, students may attend makeup classes.
Consistent attendance is key to progress and retention of material.
This is a 12-month programme commitment.
Early termination will result in the remaining balance becoming due unless agreed otherwise in writing.
In cases of long-term illness or relocation, we may offer a pause or adjusted payment schedule (written proof may be required).
All students are expected to:
Show respect to instructors and fellow students
Follow safety instructions
Demonstrate focus, effort, and positive behaviour
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.
Photos and videos may be taken during class for promotional purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before your first session.
Martial arts training carries a risk of injury.All students/parents must sign a waiver prior to participating.
TR Martial Arts is not liable for injuries resulting from training activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
Progress updates (for children/teens) will be emailed monthly.Stripe and belt testing dates will be announced in advance.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. All updates will be shared with enrolled students via email.
By enrolling, you agree to the above terms and understand that this programme is designed as a full 12-month journey — not a drop-in or trial membership.
